Abstract
⺠ROS increased phospho-AKT and CXCR4 expression in prostate cancer cells. ⺠ROS mediated PTEN inactivation, but did not affect expression. ⺠ROS enhanced cell migration and invasion, in a CXCR4 dependent manner.
