Abstract
⺠We confirmed that CI-MPR and CD-MPR have a non overlapping distribution in rat liver. ⺠CI-MPR is located in part at the plasma membrane in liver of newborns. ⺠Distribution of CD-MPR changes slightly, with scarce location at the plasma membrane. ⺠Distribution of the lysosomal enzyme NAG is similar to that of CI-MPR. ⺠CI-MPR may function in the plasmalemma of liver cells at early steps of development.
