Abstract
⺠TRIM22 selectively activates NF-κB. ⺠TRIM22-mediated NF-κB activation is dependent on its RING domain and SPRY domain. ⺠TRIM22 stimulates U937 cells to secret pro-inflammatory cytokines. ⺠The induction of pro-inflammatory cytokines by TRIM22 is dependent on its effect on NF-κB activity.
