Abstract
⺠TCP4 is a class II TCP transcription factor, that represses cell division in Arabidopsis. ⺠TCP4 expression in yeast retards cell division by blocking G1 â S transition. ⺠Genome-wide expression studies and Western analysis reveals stabilization of cell cycle inhibitor Sic1, as possible mechanism.
