Abstract
► Ca2+-influx contributed to bradykinin-induced [Ca2+]i elevation in osteoblasts. ► Bradykinin activated store-operated Ca2+ channels via B2 receptor. ► TRPC1, TRPC3, TRPC4 and TRPC6 mRNAs were expressed in human osteoblasts. ► TRP channel blockers inhibited the effects of bradykinin.
