Abstract
⺠Revealing unprecedented finding that LXA4 suppress the Aβ-stimulated inflammation. ⺠Observing the beneficial outcome of LXA4 on the Aβ-stimulated inflammation. ⺠Discussing the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of LXA4 in vitro and in vivo. ⺠Revealing that LXA4 inhibits IL-1β and TNFα stimulated by Aβ via the NF-κB. ⺠Discussing the potential therapeutic effect of LXA4 on the development of AD.
