Abstract
⺠Polycomb repressive complex (PRC) 2 is critical to transcription repression. ⺠PRC2 subunits are unstable and degraded by the ubiquitin-proteasome system. ⺠PRC2 degradation may have implications to transcriptional regulation and development. ⺠PRAJA1 is a ubiquitin ligase of PRC2 subunits.
