Abstract
⺠We examined the role of Msx2 in TNF-α-activated Wnt signaling in preadipocyte. ⺠TNF-α transiently enhances the expression and downstream signaling of Wnts. ⺠TNF-α transiently enhances Msx2 expression. ⺠Msx2 mediates activation of Wnt signaling by TNF-α in context of antiadipogenesis.
