Abstract

âº Hypoxia enhances the expression of RANK and RANKL in breast cancer cells. âº Hypoxia enhances the expression of RANK and RANKL through PI3K/Akt-HIF-1Î± pathway. âº The upregulation of RANK and RANKL expression results in increased cell migration.
