Abstract
⺠We transducted human amelogenin into hBMSCs by lentivirus. ⺠We performed genome-wide expression profiling between human amelogenin transducted cells and control lentivirus vector transducted cells. ⺠Expression of downstream genes involved in osteogenic differentiation were upregulated. ⺠Human amelogenin is crucial in hBMSCs osteogenic differentiation.
