Abstract
► We transducted human amelogenin into hBMSCs by lentivirus. ► We performed genome-wide expression profiling between human amelogenin transducted cells and control lentivirus vector transducted cells. ► Expression of downstream genes involved in osteogenic differentiation were upregulated. ► Human amelogenin is crucial in hBMSCs osteogenic differentiation.
