Abstract
► All N-BPs induced IPP/ApppI formation in cells after pulse and continuous treatment. ► A significant relationship between Kisom values and IPP/ApppI formation was observed. ► NE21650, an analog of RIS, inhibit IPP isomerase enzyme. ► Kisom calculations are useful for evaluation the potency of the novel FPPS inhibitors. ► IPP/ApppI analysis is a sensitive method to monitor the action of FPPS inhibitors.
