Abstract
⺠Cigarette smoke increases OLC1 level with dose- and time-dependent manner. ⺠Cigarette smoke impaired OLC1 ubiquitination-mediated degradation. ⺠E3 ligase APC governs the degradation of OLC1. ⺠Cigarette smoke impaired the association of OLC1 to APC.
