Abstract
⺠Human eosinophils express CCR8. ⺠Human eosinophils respond to CCL1. ⺠Mature T cells produce CCL1 which in an autocrine fashion desensitize them. ⺠Novel CCR8 antagonist inhibits functional response in eosinophils and T cells. ⺠Small molecule CCR8 compounds show either agonistic or antagonistic activity.
