Abstract
⺠CCN proteins exert their roles via interactions with a variety of signalling proteins. ⺠They share a related segmented organisation of four domains. ⺠Each domain confer defined function/s of the protein. ⺠So far no structural data on any member of the CCN family due to high cysteine content. ⺠Here we report expression of pure CCN proteins paving the way for future studies.
