Abstract
⺠mRNAs regulated by TRAF6 or NIK in fetal thymic stroma were identified. ⺠STAT1 might be involved in gene expressions of fetal thymic stroma. ⺠TNF receptor family RANK signal activates STAT1 in fetal thymic stroma. ⺠The RANK signal induces interferon-stimulated genes in fetal thymic stroma.
