Abstract
⺠Novel different anoctamin (TMEM16) of calcium-activated chloride channel (CaCC) in Xenopus laevis. ⺠xANO2 has the distinct characteristics in primary structure and expression pattern. ⺠Ubiquitous expression profiles in Xenopus tissues. ⺠xANO2 shows the clear channel activity and sensitive inhibition by NFA compared to xTMEM16A.
