Abstract
⺠An enzymatic assay for real-time monitoring the mannosyltransferase function was developed. ⺠The QCM procedure developed allows studying biomolecular interaction in real-time with high sensitivity and low cost. ⺠A High Performance Liquid Chromatography method was used to validated the results obtained by QCM.
