Abstract
⺠Cilostazol, the phosphodiesterase III inhibitor, attenuates Aβ accumulation and tau phosphorylation via a significant decrease in ApoE-mediated Aβ aggregation. ⺠Cilostazol improves spatial learning and memory in the Aβ25-35 injected mouse model. ⺠Cilostazol may be the basis of a novel strategy for the therapy of Alzheimer's disease.
