Abstract
⺠High-throughput chemical array is useful tool for screening of anti-viral compounds. ⺠A novel Vpr-binding compound (SIP-1) inhibited HIV-1 replication more than 98%. ⺠Vpr is a good target for the development of anti-HIV-1 drug.
