Abstract
⺠In the present study, we examined general behaviors in juvenile GM3-KO mice. GM3-KO mice showed hyperactivity that was more remarkable in females than in males. GM3-KO male mice have inattention and impulsivity behaviors. In GM3-KO mice such activity was increased by MPH treatment. Both male and female GM3-KO mice showed enhanced MPH sensitivity.
