Abstract
⺠Over-expression of MTP resulted in increased apo B secretion. ⺠MTP over-expression failed to blunt insulin inhibition of hepatic apo B secretion. ⺠Insulin did not alter hepatic MTP mRNA or lipid transfer activity in vivo.
