Abstract
⺠MiR-27 levels up-regulate during osteoblastic differentiation. ⺠Increased miR-27 inhibits APC expression. ⺠Down-regulation of APC results in accumulation of β-catenin and activating Wnt signaling. ⺠miR-27promotes osteoblasts differentiation by modulating Wnt signaling.
