Abstract
⺠Diguanylate cyclase TpbB of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is phosphorylated at Ser/Thr and Tyr residues. ⺠Tyrosine phosphatase TpbA of P. aeruginosa is a dual specific tyrosine phosphatase. ⺠Tyr phosphatase TpbA dephosphorylates diguanylate cyclase TpbB to control the rugose phenotype.
