Abstract
⺠Clec14a is specifically expressed in various kinds of endothelial cells (ECs) and vasculature of mice. ⺠Clec14a mediates endothelial cell-cell adhesion via C-type lectin domain. ⺠Knockdown of Clec14a in ECs resulted in suppression of endothelial cell migration and tube formation on Matrigel.
