Abstract
⺠MED25 and PTOV1 compete for CBP binding through the common PTOV domain. ⺠MED25 increases, whereas PTOV1 decreases CBP binding to RA-responsive chromatin. ⺠MED25 elevates, while PTOV1 suppresses RA-induced transcriptional activity of RAR. ⺠MED25 and PTOV1 are determinants of RA sensitivity critical for cancer therapy.
