Abstract
⺠pH-dependent pheromone binding to moth pheromone-binding protein (AtraPBP1). ⺠C-terminal helix blocks pheromone binding at low pH. ⺠C-terminal deletion promotes pheromone binding at low pH. ⺠H80A and H95A mutants promote pheromone binding at low pH. ⺠Extrusion of C-terminal helix controls pH-dependent pheromone binding.
