Abstract
⺠Human MVB12s do not function as a stalk region component of the ESCRT-I complex. ⺠MVB12B is a ubiquitinated protein, and MVB12A has a ubiquitin-binding site. ⺠The ubiquitinations sites in MVB12B are Lys264 and Lys290. ⺠MVB12B may be normally suppressed through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.
