Abstract
⺠Grb2 mediates EGFR signaling through binding to phosphorylate EGFR with SH2 domain. ⺠We generated fusion proteins containing 1 or 2 SH2 domains of Grb2 added with TAT. ⺠The one with 2 SH2 domains (TSSF) interfered ERK phosphorylation. ⺠TSSF significantly delayed the growth of EGFR overexpressing tumor in a mouse model.
