Abstract
⺠-A new molecule, IM-412, which showed an anti-fibrotic effect, was screened. ⺠-IM-412 decreased TGF-β-induced fibrotic markers. ⺠-IM-412 inhibits the overall TGF-β responses. ⺠-IM-412 may be a promising novel agent for anti-fibrosis.
