Abstract
⺠Human drug metabolizing cytochrome P450 CYP3A4 is functionally incorporated with its reductase in nanoscale bilayers. ⺠Maximal catalytic activity of CYP3A4 requires multiple reductase molecules. ⺠Facile system for high throughput screening of monomeric P450 activity described.
