Abstract
⺠SINAT5 interacts with both LHY and DET1. ⺠SINAT5 has E3 ubiquitination activity for LHY but not for DET1. ⺠LHY blocks E3 ligase activity of SINAT5. ⺠LHY-mediated flowering or circadian rhythm is controlled by DET1 through regulation of LHY stability by SINAT5.
