Abstract
►Neonatal LPS exposure has neuroprotective effect on the development of EAE in rats. ►Neonatal LPS exposure reduces perivascular infiltration and demyelination of EAE. ►The activation of glial cells of EAE was suppressed in neonatal LPS-exposed rats. ►LPS exposure modulates balance between pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines. ►Development of T cell-mediated autoimmune response was impacted after LPS exposure.
