Abstract
âºNeonatal LPS exposure has neuroprotective effect on the development of EAE in rats. âºNeonatal LPS exposure reduces perivascular infiltration and demyelination of EAE. âºThe activation of glial cells of EAE was suppressed in neonatal LPS-exposed rats. âºLPS exposure modulates balance between pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines. âºDevelopment of T cell-mediated autoimmune response was impacted after LPS exposure.
