Abstract
⺠To avoid PEG-lipid degradation, a novel PEG-modification method was proposed. ⺠PEG-lipid degradation could be markedly inhibited in the proposed method. ⺠The proposed method could have ease of manufacturing relative to conventional one. ⺠The higher blood circulation capability was observed in the proposed method. ⺠The proposed method would be a great advantage relative to conventional one.
