Abstract
⺠We have studied the membranotropic regions of DENGUE NS4A and NS4B proteins. ⺠NA4A displayed three membrane-interacting regions, possibly transmembrane domains. ⺠NS4B showed nine membranotropic regions, both transmembrane and interacting domains. ⺠These zones should be involved in the formation of the replication complex.
