Abstract
⺠Lipid organization regulates the Ca2 + concentration for annexin A2 membrane bridging. ⺠Annexin A2 reduces differentially the membrane fluidity of PS and PI2P membranes. ⺠The presence of cholesterol reduces the AnxA2 capacity to rigidify the membranes.
