Abstract
⺠FtsZ attached to ZipA polymerizes differently on bilayers of different lipid compositions. ⺠FtsZ forms dynamic filament networks on E. coli lipid surfaces. ⺠Dynamic rearrangement of FtsZ filament aggregates on lipid surfaces could contribute to the contractile force.
