Abstract
⺠The interaction of amyloid-beta peptide on lipid membranes was investigated. ⺠Polymer cushioned lipid bilayers used as model membranes. ⺠Neutron reflectivity showed penetration of the peptide into the membranes. ⺠AFM Force Spectroscopy showed that amyloid-beta affects mechanical stability of the membrane.
