Abstract
⺠G4 and G5 PAMAM-OH dendrimers inhibit the human erythrocyte membrane ATPases. ⺠Inhibition of ATPases by PAMAM-OH dendrimers depends on dendrimer generation. ⺠PAMAM-OH dendrimers are able to decrease human erythrocyte membrane fluidity. ⺠Change in plasma membrane fluidity may be a result of dendrimer-protein interaction.
