Abstract
⺠Experimental evidence demonstrates that the stalk subunit E binds to the catalytic A3B3 hexamer. ⺠Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy reveals that subunit E binds stronger to B than to subunit A. ⺠The arrangement of the peripheral stalk subunit E in the A-B interface has been modeled.
