Abstract
⺠Two peptides deriving from HSV glycoproteins B and H interact with lipid bilayers. ⺠Peptide insertion perturbs lipid packing and dynamics. ⺠Bilayer composition modulates the peptide-membrane interaction. ⺠Anionic phospholipids enhance the peptide-bilayer interaction. ⺠Cholesterol reduces the gH peptide-bilayer interaction.
