Abstract
⺠Gp41W is the Trp-rich peptide of the HIV-1 glycoprotein 41. ⺠Its interaction with DPPC, DPPC/Chol and DPPG monolayers is surface pressure-dependent. ⺠Gp41W keeps its α-helix conformation in the presence of DPPG monolayers.
