Abstract
⺠Lipase activity of bacterial phospholipases. ⺠Combination of in-silico and in-vitro studies. ⺠α-toxin aspecifically hydrolyses a wide variety of phospholipids. ⺠This helps the bacterium to infect a greater variety of host tissues.
