Abstract
⺠Antiparasitic peptides were incorporated in membrane models. ⺠Small amounts of peptide affect the monolayers of lipids. ⺠Surface pressure isotherms point to interactions between lipids and peptides. ⺠Interactions do not depend on the electrical charge. ⺠The lipid composition modulates the interaction with the lipophilic peptide.
