Abstract
⺠Rapamycin inhibits epidermal growth factor-induced elevation of TRPM6 mRNA. ⺠Rapamycin decreases epidermal growth factor-induced Mg2+ influx. ⺠Rapamycin does not affect the human TRPM6 promoter activity. ⺠A PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway is involved in the regulation of TRPM6 mRNA stability.
