Abstract
⺠More hydrophobic blockers have higher affinity hERG channel blockade. ⺠Hydrophobic blockers permeate the membrane to access the high-affinity internal binding site. ⺠Cation-Ï interactions or size effects are not a deterministic factor for blockade in the internal site.
