Abstract
⺠D-anoplin has the same antibacterial activity as L-anoplin. ⺠Deamidated anoplin occupies smaller area in a monolayer. ⺠Anoplin preferentially interacts with anionic phospholipid and forms clusters in zwitterionic monolayers. ⺠Lytic activity of anoplin depends on the membrane lipid composition.
