Abstract
⺠The GPCR cAR1 shows directed movement in the basal plasma membrane of D. discoideum. ⺠cAR1 tracking is independent of actin, although actin the speed of movement restricts. ⺠cAR1 mobility is abolished upon microtubule destabilization. ⺠Microtubule-dependent cAR1 immobilization impairs downstream signaling.
