Abstract
âºSurface plasmon resonance is a useful technique to study lipid transfer proteins. âºTryptophan 96 is crucial for the transfer activity of glycolipid transfer protein. âºTryptophan 142 is important for the membrane interaction of GLTP. âºThe membrane environment of the substrate affects transfer mediated by GLTP. âºGLTP prefers to interact with more tightly packed membranes.
