âºCurcumin interacts with the Na,K-ATPase from within the membrane area. âºCurcumin potency is strongly modulated by the physical properties of the membrane. âºRecruitment of Na,K-ATPase into different membrane domains affects curcumin potency. âºMembrane lipids participate in the interaction of curcumin with the Na,K-ATPase.
