Abstract
⺠Mouse models allow assessment of the role of CoRs in NR signaling. ⺠CoRs mediate repression of positive targets by TR in the absence of T3. ⺠CoRs play a role in establishing a set point of HPT axis. ⺠CoRs attenuate transcriptional activity of NRs in the presence of ligands. ⺠CoR might be new drug targets for endocrine and metabolic disorders.
